In search of advanced customer service candidate. Prior logistics experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities will include: Direct communication with Agents worldwide, coordinating bookings, confirming approval of bookings with Importers, expediting the movement of freight. Once freight is confirmed to book, send Pre-Alerts with minimal information to the Import Account Representatives; in turn this enables the Importers to view their shipments via web portal or auto fax. Provide all necessary details so the Import Acct. Rep. can facilitate their file.
