VERY busy office looking for an OFFICE COORDINATOR. Seeking someone with a professional demeanor and phone skills, extremely multi-task oriented, customer service driven, organized, great computer skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment and a huge team player. This person is the backbone of the office.No two days the same. Responsibilities will include keeping the daily calender for the office updated and scheduling appointments accordingly, entering information into a database, providing excellent customer service via phone and in person, resolving customer questions, creating spreadsheets and memos as well as helping with payroll. Desire to learn, self starter and the ability to work independently. Requires a 4 year degree, and at least 3 years administrative experience
